Robin Raisch - BM, MM

Founder & Director Of OCAM

Robin Raisch is a conductor, educator, pianist, flutist, and arts leader committed to helping young musicians grow through meaningful ensemble experiences. She serves as a Wind Conductor with the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles at Inglewood and is the founder and Artistic Director of Mission Philharmonic and Mission Winds. Robin holds a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Music in Piano and Flute Performance from Florida Southern College. Through OCAM, she brings together her experience in conducting, performance, education, and arts leadership to create a welcoming environment where students can develop confidence, musicianship, and a lasting connection to music.

Cole Wheeler

Director Of Bands & Percussion

Cole Wheeler is a percussion educator, arranger, and ensemble instructor with extensive experience in marching percussion, front ensemble performance, and youth music education. He has served in leadership and instructional roles with numerous Southern California programs, including Temecula Valley, Chaparral, Ramona, Valley View, and Arlington high schools, as well as Impulse Drum and Bugle Corps. As OCAM’s Band & Percussion Director, Cole helps students build strong musical fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and the collaborative skills needed to thrive as ensemble musicians.
